Telecom towers & Accessories
We are offering a Telecom Towers & Accessories that are designed and manufactured by our experienced engineers. In order to protect the highly sensitive telecom equipments, we design enclosures and shelters. These are perfect to place for BTS equipments, amplifiers, power interface units, SMPS power supplies/chargers, batteries, MW racks and tools. We design these Telecom Towers & Accessories keeping in mind the heat generation by the enclosed equipment and environment temperature variations.

To minimize the use of air conditioners and generator, we advanced passive phase changing material. This also ensures low running cost and fault free long life of the equipment. We are offering intelligent power interface units that are designed for a/c voltage fluctuations in remote and rural areas. To provide exact cooling, we also provide cooling sections such as pelletier coolers, vortex coolers, passive cooling systems, dc powered air-conditioning systems and exacts fans. As energy saving in a vital concern for telecom operators around the world, our passive cooling technology in its shelters designed using Phase Change Material (PCM) is known for saving energy.

Panel Construction:

  • The prefer panels with polyurethane Foam (PUF) insulation are available in thicknesses of 20 to 150mm
  • Multiple choices for panel interlocking are available
  • Designed to ensure a completely moisture free environment
  • Additional reinforcement are provided on request

Shelter Roof:

  • Side sloping roof with reducing thickness
  • Water tight sealing
  • Extra wide flashing on roof fridge to avoid any air and water ingress
  • Additional roof /secondary roof on demand


Shelter Floor:

  • Flooring is of 60mm to140mm thickness and has been designing to have load bearing capacity of 2800kgs/sqmtrs
  • The floor is fully supported on rectangle members forming the main grid resting on two steel I-beams
  • Floor surface has antistatic vinyl flooring over 18mm to 22mm Marine board
  • Additional reinforcement can be customized for higher load capacity


Shelter Door:

  • Doors are insulated panels of approximately 0.75mtrs to 1.5mtrs wide and 1.75mtrs to 2.5mtrs in height and customized sizes can be incorporated
  • The doors are factory fitted to the main panel to ensure stability and aesthetics
  • The door is fixed in a special aluminum frame fully reinforced and suspended with three industrial hinges and field utility handle
  • The door panel has a double gasked to ensure sealing from water and air leakages
  • The 5 position lock systems ensures a high degree of safety, firm and stable locking
  • Locking arrangements has multikey facility
  • Doors are provided with auto closed and stopper


Panel Interlocking:

  • Cam lock interlocking is normally provided

Telecom Shutters and Enclosures
We offer Telecom Shutters and Enclosures that are manufactured and designed using advanced technology. These are ideal to place for BTS equipments, amplifiers, power interface units, SMPS power supplies & chargers, batteries, MW racks and tools. These are effectively designed to meet the requirements of heat generation by the enclosed equipment and environment temperature variations. Telecom Enclosures:

We are offering telecom enclosures that are manufactured and designed to use in various applications such as cross connect, wireless, FTTX and co-location. To cater the specific requirements of the clients, these enclosures can also be integrated. To protect the sensitive electronics from severe environmental conditions, the out door multipurpose equipment protection enclosure is used. Further, these can be poled mounted or concrete pad mounted. These are offered with wall mounted 11 to 16 gauge galvanized steel having powder coat finish. Manufactured to meet NEMA 3R specifications, these can be reinforced hinged lid with pad-lockers 3-point latch.

In case the capacity has reached maximum, additional capacity can be provided to an existing cabinet by the enclosures. These can be easily retro-fitted in the field using an easy six step instruction shed, a mounted template and common hardware fasteners. The MDU enclosures offered by us are considered to be a family of apartment security boxes for the cable television industry. Further, available in different sizes and internal mounting arrangements, these find wide application to high level security applications. Our range of multiple knockouts for cable entry is offered in various sizes, cable and conduit. The ultimate-use cabinet insulated and temperature regulated are perfect to protect the cables and components from moisture & temperature. Manufactured using rugged mil galvanized steel and powder coat paint finish; these cabinets are appreciated by the clients for durability. Wave Guide Components
We are providing Wave Guide Components that are finds wide application in microwave industry. These are available with transition adapters RF and microwave components that are perfect to connect waveguide components of different cross section sizes. Our bend assembly waveguide components are also used in inside waveguide systems to change the direction of electric and magnetic field lines. The twist assemblies are waveguide components are widely used inside the waveguide to change the polarization the radar waves. To connect two non-aligned waveguides, the straight section assemblies are passed on to the transmission between waveguides and offset section assemblies. The attenuators of waveguide components are used to reduce the power level of a signal by a certain amount of gain, with little or no reflection. With respect to the input, the output signal is reduced. Further, following are some other specifications and uses of our Wave Guide Components:

  • To attach the unit to a panel or bulkhead bulk, head feed through are straight wave guide sections with a large flange used
  • These are designed to support a waveguide section through a bulkhead and to seal the opening
  • To extend waveguide through a pressurized wall or cabinet, the bulkhead feed through can be used


The detailed descriptions of our Wave Guide Components are as follows:

  • Circulators: A passive devices consisting of three or more ports allowing the signal entering each port to pass to the port adjacent to it. This is done either clock wise or counter clock wise, but not to the port in the other direction
  • Couplers: These are RF circuits used to sample the RF frequency transmissions by means of coupling (combining) signals asymmetrically
  • Drivers: It is a circuit accepting an input signal and delivers multiple outputs equal in phase and amplitude
  • Combiners: These are devices accepting several input signals and produce a combined output signal
  • The signal is split into different phases with equal amplitude in hybrid varieties
  • Flanges: These are used to connect waveguide sections to one another or to terminate wave guides


Coaxial Couplers
